Cherry-Pecan Baked Brie - 1/3 cup cherry preserves - 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar - 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground - 1/8 teaspoon salt - 16 ounce round Brie cheese - 1/3 to 1/2 cup chopped pecans * Remove top layer from the brie. * Stir together the cherry preserves, vinegar, salt and pepper. * Warm the brie briefly in oven. * Drizzle cherry mixture over the warm brie. Top with chopped pecans and serve with crackers.
