Cherry-Pecan Baked Brie
1/3 cup cherry preserves
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground
1/8 teaspoon salt
16 ounce round Brie cheese
1/3 to 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Remove top layer from the brie.
Stir together the cherry preserves, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Warm the brie briefly in oven.
Drizzle cherry mixture over the warm brie. Top with chopped pecans and serve with crackers.
