Preheat oven to 350 degrees, or 325 degrees for glass dish. In a 13×9 inch baking pan, melt the butter in oven.
Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over butter; pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumbs.
Top with remaining ingredients and press down firmly with fork.
Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Cut into bars or diamonds. Store covered at room temperature.
