Cherry-Pecan Baked Brie

  1. 1/3 cup cherry preserves
  2. 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  3. 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, ground
  4. 1/8 teaspoon salt
  5. 16 ounce round Brie cheese
  6. 1/3 to 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • Remove top layer from the brie.
  • Stir together the cherry preserves, vinegar, salt and pepper.
  • Warm the brie briefly in oven.
  • Drizzle cherry mixture over the warm brie. Top with chopped pecans and serve with crackers.
