Best Low-carb Coleslaw (Food.com)

  • 16 ounces shredded cabbage (about 1 small to medium cabbage)
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Splenda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream OR half-and-half OR buttermilk OR plain kefir
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
  1. Combine the cabbage and onion in a large bowl.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Pour over cabbage and mix thoroughly.
