16 ounces shredded cabbage (about 1 small to medium cabbage)
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Splenda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup whipping cream OR half-and-half OR buttermilk OR plain kefir
1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
Combine the cabbage and onion in a large bowl.
In another bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Pour over cabbage and mix thoroughly.
