Granola! From Pro Home Cooks on YouTube (

  • 3C rolled oats
  • 2C shaved coconut
  • 1/4C sliced almonts
  • 1/8C chia seeds
  • 1/8C quinoa
  • 1/2C coconut oil or butter
  • 1/2C honey or agave or maple syrup or brown sugar
  • A few pinches of salt for flavor contrast
  • Sprinkle of cinnamon or vanilla extract
  • Dried raisins or cranberries (optional)

Use equal parts fat and sweetener! Combine over low heat the fat and sweetener, add salt and seasoning. Pour over the other combined ingredients and mix until incorporated. Spread on sheet pan and cook at 275˚F and check every 20 mins (read probably around 45). It should be nice and crispy, but not burned. Once it is out of the oven feel free to add dried raisins or cranberries!

Any of the ingredients can be substituted, add whatever you like in granola!
